Common questions

Is this data official?

Yes. ICD10Insight uses 100% official CMS ICD-10-CM data for FY 2027, along with the official Medicare Coverage Database for LCD, NCD, and Billing & Coding Articles.

How often is it updated?

The site is updated for FY 2027 (effective 1 October 2026) and refreshed as CMS publishes new releases, so you are always working from current official data.

No. There are no sign-ups, no passwords, and no personal details required. You can search codes, browse guidelines, and check Medicare coverage straight away.

Is my data stored?

No. We do not store your data and do not use tracking cookies, and all AI processing is secure. Please do not paste identifiable patient information into the AI Note Parser.

Does ICD10Insight work on mobile?

Yes. The site is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers.
